These terms explain the use of the HumanLingua website, quotations and language services.
1. Website services
The site provides information about language services, contact forms, quotation requests and, where technically available, indicative document word-count and price estimates.
2. Estimates
Online estimates are indicative and non-binding. A final quote is confirmed only after the document, scope, language pair, deadline, formatting and other requirements have been reviewed.
3. Express service
24-hour delivery may be available for selected projects only and is subject to prior confirmation, capacity and an additional rush surcharge.
4. Uploads
Users must be authorized to upload the submitted material and must not submit unlawful content.
5. Confidentiality
HumanLingua treats client materials as confidential and will use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards in the final production workflow. Where a client requires a separate non-disclosure agreement (NDA), this can be agreed before work begins. No NDA should be assumed to be in force unless it has been expressly agreed by the parties.
6. Questions and service issues
Questions about a quotation, project scope, delivery or website use can be sent to HumanLingua by email. Project-specific terms are confirmed with the client before work begins.
